March 15, 2010, is the tenth anniversary of the establishment of Yao Liang Law Offices.

This day, ten years ago, Yaoliang Law Office was founded by managing partner, Mr. Gu Yaoliang. Looking back at these past ten years, there are many stories worth reflecting; along with happiness, there has also been suffering, hardship and distress.

During the ten-year period, Yao Liang operated with the concept that local law office can provide international standard legal services. Adhering to the purpose of people-centered objectives and, with collaborative efforts devoted by all partners and staff, our law office has been able to build from scratch and grow from a small firm to a large firm, once weak and now strong. Currently, in our position in the legal service industry, we have become a law office with locations in Shanghai and Beijing, doing business nationwide. We provide comprehensive legal services, notoriously for ship building, financing and construction of marine facilities, and international arbitration and dispute settlement services. In addition, we also specialize in foreign investment, telecommunications, capital market, business corporations and real estate businesses.

Ten years is an experience, ten years is a step, and ten years is one turned page of a book.

Our law office has gone through a remarkable decade, and it now stands at a new starting point again. Our success in the past cannot represent our success in the future; the picture of the future needs to be carefully outlined.
