Ms. Sheng has approximately 30-year experience in legal industry. Ms. Sheng has been in private practice with Great Wall Foreign Economic Law Firm, and subsequently became inhouse counsel and legal director for the China operation of a few multinational companies in IT industry and pharmaceutical industry, including China HP, BEA, Sybase/SAP, Novartis, etc.
Ms. Sheng routinely advises on issues of corporate law, contract law, labor law, etc., and is extensively experienced in handling matters involving foreign direct investment, corporate governance of MNCs, compliance (including FCPA related matters), IP licensing, etc. Ms. Sheng also has experience in trust and estate planning and tax arrangements related to cross-border investment.
Sheng Qiang holds a bachelor's degree in international economics, a master's degree in international economic Law and and a Juris Doctor degree from the United States.
