Zhu Lei provides legal services to international and domestic clients on shipbuilding, ship sale and purchase, marine insurance, foreign investment, M&A and daily corporate operation, etc. He has participated in several sino-foreign investment projects and regularly participates in international and domestic arbitrations in relation to shipbuilding, ship sale and purchase and other commercial disputes.
Zhu Lei obtains his JM from East China University of Political Science and Law and his bachelor from Dalian Ocean University.
