Carol provides legal service to foreign and domestic clients on shipbuilding, sales and purchase of ship, international trade, foreign direct investment, company operation, etc. She also provides legal consulting services to foreign and domestic clients on company law, contract law, labour law and other commercial issues.
Carol obtained her Juris Master degree at University of International Business and Economics and her B.A. of Economics at Shandong University of Technology.
