Shortly after China's accession to the WTO, China has established a new Fair Trade Bureau under the umbrella of the Ministry of Commerce (formerly, MOFTEC), with an increasing number of anti-dumping investigations being launched and conducted. Based on our experiences in China and overseas, we represent foreign respondents in China's anti-dumping investigation proceedings and, in particular, the following areas:

 • Responding to questionnaires issued by the Ministry of Commerce

 • Preparing and presenting statements and arguments to competent authorities

 • Attending Ministry of Commerce hearings for dumping and injury issues;
   and applying for administrative reviews.
